Unlike most hotel websites that offer instant "Book Now" buttons, we take a different approach. Once you reserve, we contact you to discuss the safari options available during your dates. We then book your safaris with the forest department. Only after we receive confirmation from the forest department do we confirm your room at Limban.
This ensures everything is properly arranged long before you arrive.
Here's why this matters.
No, the rate for the The Cottage is per room, per night, not per person. This price includes your room or suite, daily breakfast, high-tea, and welcome drinks for the standard occupancy of the room.
Your stay includes daily housekeeping, breakfast and high-tea, full access to our pool, library, and public spaces, plus bicycles and complimentary activities. Our team is always on hand to help with whatever you need.
Your suite will be ready for check-in at 1:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you're arriving early or need a little more time in the The Cottage, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
We understand that plans can change, so we try to be as flexible as possible. We offer a full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur tiered charges.
