Limban is particularly well-suited for focused leadership gatherings and board meetings. We host board retreats, strategy sessions, and key stakeholder meetings where quiet and absolute privacy are the actual requirements.
We host only two corporate offsites a month to maintain our service standards. For larger groups, we offer full resort exclusivity - closing the gates to all other guests. For smaller leadership groups of up to 30 executives, we provide private meeting rooms and discrete dining areas. Either way, your team works undisturbed, set against the pristine wilderness of the Tadoba Tiger Reserve, thinking clearly.

The 2.5-hour (130 km) road transfer is not wasted time - it is the gradual shedding of corporate noise before entering the wilderness.

Day One
Arrival & Unwinding
Nagpur airport pick-ups, check-in, and sunset over the reserve. The first evening is dedicated to deceleration — a set menu outdoor dinner with zero screens at the centre of the table. Let the team land as people, not roles.
Day Two
The Forest & The Focus
With our proximity to nearby core gates, starting the morning with a safari is effortless - complete with a breakfast packed for the drive - leaving the entire afternoon and evening free for strategy sessions. Alternatively, opt for an afternoon safari and reserve the morning for work. Rather than a distraction, a drive through the reserve acts as a natural reset (refer to our safari options, gate map, and our guide on safari planning). The day concludes with fireside reviews and private dining under the stars.
Day Three
Resolve & Return
A final morning session to align on commitments. We do not measure the success of the offsite in folders of slides, but in the clarity of what the team agrees to do next. Settle accounts and depart to Nagpur.

We arrange comfortable, air-conditioned transfers from Nagpur airport to Limban (130 km / 2.5 hours). Your team arrives refreshed and ready.
With advance notice, Limban can be made fully exclusive to your organisation, ensuring complete privacy and dedicated service for your group.

Maximum 40 executives across our 16 private safari suites. Ideal for intimate, focused programmes where confidentiality matters.
We arrange everything from tiger safaris to guided nature walks. Many organisations use these shared wilderness experiences for powerful team building and relationship strengthening.
