Tadoba is one of India's finest tiger reserves. Over 115 wild tigers live in this forest, and the sighting rates are among the best in the country. A morning safari here is not a nature walk. It is the kind of wildlife experience people plan entire holidays around.
Yet almost nobody in corporate India has heard of it. Your team has done the city hotel, the familiar resort, the hill station with a conference hall bolted on. They have not done an offsite in a tiger reserve. That gap is the opportunity: nobody at the table will say they came here last year.
It is easier to reach than it sounds. Nagpur is a major airport with direct flights from across India, and Limban sits at the reserve's southern edge, two and a half hours from the airport. Close enough for a few days away. Far enough to be entirely somewhere else.

We specialise in smaller residential conferences and corporate offsites where your group has exclusive access to the resort, so you can work without interruption. We regularly host board retreats, leadership offsites, strategy sessions and innovation residencies for groups of up to 40.

Nagpur has excellent connectivity. Direct domestic flights currently arrive from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Goa and Indore, with direct international connections from Doha (Qatar) and Sharjah (UAE).
We arrange comfortable, air-conditioned transfers from Nagpur airport to Limban (about 2.5 hours, 130 km), so your team arrives refreshed and ready.
With advance notice, Limban can be made fully exclusive to your organisation. The resort is closed to other guests and works to your programme alone. We host a maximum of 40 executives across our 16 private safari rooms.
We arrange everything from tiger safaris to guided nature walks. Many organisations use these shared wilderness experiences for team building and relationship strengthening. Shared time in nature clears the mind and helps people talk more freely than they would in a boardroom.
The optimal reservation window is 30 to 60 days in advance, with a minimum of one month's notice. We deliberately limit the number of corporate programmes we accept so each group receives our full attention and care.
If you require the resort exclusively, we recommend reserving two to three months in advance.
