Four luxury canvas tents at 650 sq. ft. each, elevated above the ground and surrounded by bamboo. The canvas walls let in filtered light during the day and the sounds of the forest at night, but you're not roughing it.
Full air conditioning, a stunning and comfy four-poster king bed with mosquito netting, and two bathrooms that are bigger than most hotel rooms.
The elevated deck gives you a better view into the bamboo groves, and because you're off the ground, it feels safer and cleaner than a traditional tent. You can hear Tadoba clearly without being exposed to it, which is exactly the point.

Unlike most hotel websites and booking portals which offer instant "Book Now" buttons, we take a radically different approach. Once you reserve, we contact you to first discuss the safari options available during your dates. We then book your safaris with the forest department. Only after we receive confirmation from the forest department do we confirm your room at Limban.
This ensures everything is properly arranged long before you arrive.
Here's why this matters.
No, the rate for The Canvas is per room, per night, not per person. This price includes your room or suite, daily breakfast, high-tea, and welcome drinks for the standard occupancy of the room. See our Guest Info / Terms for full details.
Your stay includes daily housekeeping, breakfast and high tea, welcome refreshments on arrival, and free parking. You'll have full access to our pool, library, and games room, plus use of our bicycles and freshly prepared packed meals for safari departures. On-site activities are all entirely complimentary — badminton, croquet, billiards, table tennis, foosball, carrom, darts, and board games. Our team is always on hand to help with whatever you need.
Your suite will be ready for check-in at 1:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you're arriving early or need a little more time in The Canvas, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
We understand that plans can change, so we try to be as flexible as possible. We offer a full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur tiered charges. Absolutely. A stay at The Canvas makes for a truly memorable gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasions. We can arrange a gift voucher with dates left open so that the recipient can choose when they would like to visit (subject to availability).
