In Tadoba, where you sleep and where you safari are the same decision. Permits are issued per gate, per day, and gates can be a two-hour drive apart. Book the room first and you have secured only half your trip. The other half may already be gone.
In peak season most gates sell out within hours of opening. A permit for the wrong side of the forest is a two-hour drive in the dark before a 6am safari. And a "confirmed" booking made outside the Forest Department's system can be a buffer-zone substitute, a phantom permit, or nothing at all.
So at Limban, we plan the two as one thing. One conversation checks your dates against both the room and the forest; nothing is confirmed until both halves work; and everything — room, permits, gates, sessions — is confirmed together before you arrive. That is the Limban Safari Promise. And if the forest is not the point of your stay — if you are coming for the resort alone, or with your own safari plans — that is welcome too. The Safari Plan
We check the gates for your dates, then identify the sessions, zones and days that fit your stay. If it cannot work, we tell you straight away.
Permits Confirmed
Your safari permits are booked and paid for at exact official cost, plus a ₹2,000 coordination fee per safari covering gate logistics, vehicle, driver, guide and gratuities. Once submitted, permits cannot be cancelled or refunded — Forest Department rule. We handle the payment on your behalf.
Everything Confirmed Together
Room and forest, confirmed together — your room on a 50% deposit, the balance due on or before check-in. Stay and safaris — one plan, in place before you arrive.

Booking sites are built to sell a room, quickly. A Limban stay is not a room on a date — it is a stay and a forest, planned together. So there is no instant button: one conversation checks your dates against both the room and the gates before anything is confirmed. It is simply how a trip like this gets done properly.
It is also why you will not find Limban on booking sites — they sell rooms without checking whether the Forest Department has permits for your dates. Every guest comes through a real conversation. That is the difference between arriving hoping your safaris will work out, and arriving knowing they just will.
